1. Services

We provide lawn mowing, garden maintenance, hedge trimming, pressure washing, seasonal clean-ups, and other property services across Camberwell and surrounding areas, and more broadly in Melbourne.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Prices may vary depending on site conditions. Any changes will be discussed before service commencement.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings must be confirmed by us. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Late arrivals or access issues may also result in charges.

4. Minimum Call-Out Fee

We may apply a minimum call-out fee for certain jobs. You’ll be informed prior to booking.

5. Access & Site Requirements

Customers must ensure access to the property and any hazards (e.g. pets, obstacles, underground services) are disclosed in advance. Unsafe conditions may lead to rescheduling.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:
- Damage to items not disclosed in advance (e.g. irrigation lines)
- Delays caused by weather or safety concerns
